Q: I am having 2 friends over, and we want to try on some leggings! Are we too small of a group to host one?
A: Nope! Sweat Society will come to your house so you can physically see, touch, and try on all the leggings before you buy them at no charge to you! Please email email@example.com to check for availability and book your party!
Q: I am the owner of a fitness studio. What locations will Sweat Society do pop-up shops at?
A: Any and all! Yoga, Barre, TRX, Spin, Gym, Dance, Circuit Training, Crossfit and more! If you want us there, we will be there! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Will you come to studios outside of Calgary?
A: Absolutely! Depending how far, there may be different Terms and Conditions. We would love to discuss this further with you, so please email email@example.com
Q: I live in Calgary, what shipping options are there available to me?
A: We offer FREE customer pick-up. Usually from an address just off 17th Avenue SW. But we may be flexible, so send us an email! We also offer $5 local delivery within Calgary city limits. For $5 we will deliver right to your door every Wednesday.
Q: I do not live in Calgary, but I know someone that does. Can I use their address for free shipping?
A: Yes! Just put their address as the shipping address.
Q: I do not live within the Calgary city limits, but I work in Downtown Calgary. Can you deliver to my office?
A: Yes! We do deliveries on Wednesday during regular office hours. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information
Q: If I place my order on Monday, can I personally pick it up?
A: Yes! Someone will get in touch with you once you place your order to arrange a pick up location! Typically it is an address just off 17th Avenue SW, but we can be flexible!
Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy is 14 days for unworn, unwashed, merchandise with the original tags still attached for all online purchases.
Purchases made at pop-up shops are exchange or store credit only.
Purchases made at a studio location have a 7 day return policy and can only be returned at the studio where it was purchased.
Q: I wore my leggings, and realized they don't fit right. Can I return them?
A: Unfortunately no. Due to the intimate nature that the leggings can have, we only accept returns on unworn, unwashed items. Tags still attached. Please make sure you try on all your items before taking the tags off to make sure they fit.
Q: I bought my items online, can I return them in person, or at a pop-up shop?
A: If they are unworn, with tags still attached, and fall within our 14 day return policy, Yes! To initiate a return, make sure you contact us at email@example.com as soon as you can after receiving your shipment. The 14 days starts the day we ship it to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Online returns can NOT be returned at studio's. They must be returned by mail, or at a pop-up shop.
Q: My leggings are see through, what do I do?
A: If they are unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached you can return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
Q: I want to exchange for a different size/style?
A: We are happy to exchange an unworn, unwashed item for you! Sweat Society will cover the cost of shipment to get your new item back to you, or arrange a pick-up/drop-off with you if you live in Calgary. However, we are not able to refund you the initial cost of shipping, or the amount to ship the unwanted item back to us. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value then the item you purchased, you will be responsible to pay for the difference.
Q: I purchased the item I want to return with a discount code, can I return it?
A: Unfortunately, all items purchased on sale, or with a discount code, are final sale. Exchanges MAY be allowed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
