Shipping FAQ's

Everywhere! Canada and US will find shipping options at checkout. If you are international, please email us for custom quote!

Your order will be dropped off at Canada Post within 1 business day with Rapid Shipping. Your order will be dropped off at a third party partner every Monday and Thursday with the Slower Shipping. You can expect 2-6 business day delays between the two dependent largely on what day you order.

We know there is no bigger pain than paying for shipping!  But shipping is a HUGE expense for small business. Our shipping rates were created with our customers in mind, as well as the margins of a small business. We ship with Canada Post, and although they are the most inexpensive of all the shipping companies, it is still extraordinarily expensive (with rate increases of 10% every year!!). 

As we continue to grow, we will adjust our shipping rates. So thank you for browsing through our shop, and supporting small business.

Yes! We use compostable mail inserts that breakdown in your home compost or municipality's facility within 180 days!

If you do not have compost, please do NOT recycle the compostable liners. You can throw them in the garbage and they will break down in the landfills within 180 days!

Yes! While our package inserts are compostable, we ship in paper envelopes. Making it very easy for you to toss in your recycling bin!

Returns & Exchanges

Sweat Society is a small business. The below return policies were created with our customer's in mind, but also with the margins of a small business in mind.  We understand our policies may not be able to able to compete with the multi-million dollar corporations out there and we thank you in advance for considering to shop with us!  We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we do stand quite firm on our return policies - especially sale items being final sale.  If you have any questions, or need any clarifications before you purchase something, we urge you to reach out.     DISCOUNT CODES

    Typically, all orders using discount codes are final sale.  

    Orders that use a discount code MAY be issued a store credit or exchange ONLY (NO Full refund).  Theses will be processed on a case-by-case basis, and different terms may apply for different discount codes.  Please email sales@sweatsociety.ca for more information.

    FINAL SALE 

    All items purchased at a discounted price (this includes discount codes*) are final sale.  Underwear + Bikini Bottoms are final sale.

    ONLINE ORDERS

    RETURNS - We are happy to return any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days.  All items must be in perfect condition. This means tags must still be attached. There will be no exceptions to this, so please be mindful when trying on your items for the first time.
    The 14 days begins the day your order is shipped. Please contact sales@sweatsociety.ca to initiate your return.
    We ship with Canada Post and understand there have been lengthy delays with shipments. We take this into consideration when processing returns to please don't hesitate to email us if you receive your order past the 14 day return window.

    Sale items are FINAL SALE.

    Please note that return shipping fees is paid by the customer. We are unable to refund the original shipping costs incurred at time of purchase.  If the original order qualified for, and received free standard shipping, the returned item is subject to a $15 restocking fee. 

    The restocking fee can be voided should the customer choose to get a refund to store credit rather than original form of payment.

    EXCHANGES - Wrong size? Color was not what you were expecting? We are happy to swap it out for you!  You will be responsible for shipping the item back to Sweat Society, but we will cover the shipping costs to get your new size back to you!  If you live in Vancouver, you can do an in person exchange.  Please email sales@sweatsociety.ca.

    Please note that the 14 day period for returns, also applies to exchanges.

    SHOWROOM PURCHASES

    Purchases made at our showroom have a 7 day return policy.  All items must be in perfect condition. This means tags must still be attached. There will be no exceptions to this, so please be mindful when trying on your items for the first time
