    Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $99, and US orders over $149! No code required

    Calgary

    • $5 Local Delivery
    • Weekly shipping within Calgary city limits - Wednesday
    • Delivered by a Sweat Society rep
    • Please Note that this is NOT via CanadaPost. Please do not put your office as your shipping address as we cannot gain access to private/locked buildings
    • Customer Pick-up (Free)
    • You can arrange to personally pick up your purchase as early as the next day.
    • Please email sales@sweatsociety.ca with your Order # in the subject line to arrange a pick-up location
    • Standard Shipping ($) - 5 to 7 business days via CanadaPost
    • Expedited Shipping ($$) - 1 to 2 day business days via Xpresspost (CanadaPost)

    Outside Calgary / Within Canada

    • Customer Pick-up (Free)
    • You can arrange for a friend, or yourself, to pick up your purchase as early as the next day. Please email sales@sweatsociety.ca with your Order # in the subject line to arrange a pick-up location
    • If you live outside Alberta, and want to go with this shipping option, an Alberta address must be used at checkout or this will not show up - i.e. enter the address of your friend that is picking your order up
    • $5 via regular letter mail - NO tracking, NO insurance
    • When choosing this method, the customer assumes all risk
    • Standard Shipping ($) - 5 to 7 business days via CanadaPost
    • Expedited Shipping ($$) - 1 to 2 business days via Xpresspost (CanadaPost)

    International

    • We currently only ship to the United States
    • $10 via regular letter mail - NO tracking, NO insurance
    • By selecting this method, the customer assumes all risk
    • $30 flat rate standard shipping across all states. Shipped via CanadaPost/USPS
    • Free Shipping on orders over $149 CAD!
    • Customers are responsible for any extra duty or charges incurred once shipped

    All items purchased at a discounted price (this includes discount codes) are final sale.  Underwear is a final sale. S'well bottles are final sale.

    ONLINE ORDERS

    We are happy to return any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days.  All items must be in perfect condition. This means tags must still be attached. There will be no exceptions to this, so please be mindful when trying on your items for the first time.
    The 14 days begins the day your order is shipped.  Please contact sales@sweatsociety.ca to initiate your return.

    Please note that the return shipping fees must be paid by the customer, and we are unable to refund the original shipping costs incurred at time of purchase.

    EXCHANGES - Wrong size? Color was not what you were expecting? We are happy to swap it out for you!  You will be responsible for shipping the item back to Sweat Society, but we will cover the shipping costs to get your new size back to you!  If you live within Calgary's city limits, you may be able to schedule a pick up of your items to be returned when we do our weekly delivery.  Please email sales@sweatsociety.ca.

    Please note that the 14 day period for returns, also applies to exchanges.

    IN-STUDIO PURCHASES

    Purchases made at one of our studio locations have a 7 day return policy.  All items must be in perfect condition. This means tags must still be attached. There will be no exceptions to this, so please be mindful when trying on your items for the first time.

    Items purchased at a studio location can only be returned at the studio in which the purchase was made.

    POP-UP SHOPS
    

    Purchases made at pop-up shops have a 14 day EXCHANGE policy.  We will gladly exchange size, or style for you.  If an exchange will not work, a store credit will be issued. All items must be in perfect condition. This means tags must still be attached. There will be no exceptions to this, so please be mindful when trying on your items for the first time.
